Cà Nova's Pinot Nero Veneto IGT is an elegant, structured red wine that expresses both intensity and finesse.
With a harmonious and persistent profile, it combines fruity and spicy notes with a balanced texture, making it ideal for accompanying dishes with strong flavours.

Alcohol content: 13%
Residual sugar: 3 g/L
Acidity: 5.2 g/L
Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections

Production process
The vinification involves maceration of the crushed grapes with a small percentage of whole grapes for a period of 12 days. Frequent pumping over takes place during the first few days, reduced to twice daily during the last week. The wine matures for 12 months in steel tanks, followed by ageing in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics
It has a ruby red colour enriched with garnet reflections. The nose reveals intense, fruity aromas reminiscent of cherries, accompanied by elegant spicy notes. On the palate, it is refined, harmonious and persistent. For optimal tasting, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18°C, taking care to uncork the bottle about an hour before consumption.

It pairs perfectly with first courses with strong and refined flavours. It is also ideal with grilled meats, combining the flavours of traditional cuisine to the fullest.
