Our wine tasting does not follow a set path: it is built together, around what you choose. The service is always at the table, carried out calmly and attentively: a natural way to taste wine, following the slow pace of the Colli Berici.
- Wine chosen by you: you choose which and how many wines to taste: each glass is served at the table, at your own pace.
- Platters on request: for those who want a richer pairing, we prepare platters of local and Emilian cold cuts and cheeses.

Each tasting tells a story about the local area: a food and wine experience that brings together Vicenza, Brendola and the hills of Pozzolo di Villaga through typical and familiar flavours.
Among the hills of Vicenza, we cultivate the grapes that give rise to our wines, carefully processed in a renowned winery:

Sale of cold cuts and cheeses
All cold cuts and cheeses are available for purchase directly at our premises and for those who want a more extensive tasting, we prepare platters with carefully selected cold cuts and cheeses:
- cheeses and cold cuts from small local companies
- Emilian cold cuts (prosciutto, culatello, salame felino, fiocchetto)
- aged organic Parmigiano Reggiano
